Specifications

Each Phase Technology online analyzer system comes complete with all of the equipment necessary to measure any pour, cloud and freeze point as required. Included is our patented sample conditioning unit and sample recovery system. All you need to provide are electricity, purge air and signal cables - cooling water and an external chiller are unnecessary. This system is designed to operate in extreme environmental and hazardous locations.

Minimum Maintenance – Easy Service

The entire 70X series online system is designed to require simple and minimal maintenance. Each module is field-replaceable or serviceable with simple tools. The system behavior can be monitored and controlled remotely by refinery staff or by factory engineers via modem link.

Highly Effective Sample Conditioning

Phase Technology's process analyzers include Aquanot™. a sophisticated sample conditioning system capable of filtering samples with high particulates and water content. It effectively removes particulates, free water, dissolved water and delivers sample volumes adequate for most gasoline/naphtha and distillate stream on-line analyzers.
