Maintenance & Recertification Options

Phase Technology's North American customers can choose one of three ways to receive annual Maintenance and Recertification of Calibration Service:

• On-Site Preventive Maintenance & Recertification
• Service Center Scheduled Maintenance & Recertification
• Remote Recertification

In areas outside of North America, Phase Technology customers can choose from these options:

• Service Center Scheduled Maintenance & Recertification
• Remote Recertification

What's Included in Maintenance & Recertification Service

Maintenance Services, whether on-site or at our service center, include:

• Service Center Scheduled Maintenance & Recertification
• Complete analyzer inspection including purge and pressure delivery system, optics and test chamber, electronics, tubing and connectors
• Full range of performance checks including cooling system testing, leak tests, pressure control tests, and system diagnostics Replacement of critical components most prone to wear (purge pumps, o-rings, etc.)
• Thorough internal cleaning; replacement of filters and desiccant
• Assessment of analyzer performance, Annual Maintenance Checklist and Proactive Service Recommendations Report

Both on-site and Service Center Recertification include:

• Pre-qualification of analyzer condition and eligibility
• Review of analyzer run history and diagnostics
• Test runs using QC samples and Phase Technology ASTM standards
• Analysis and verification of test run results
• Validation and recertification of analyzer calibration

On-Site Preventive Maintenance & Recertification

With Preventive Maintenance, a Phase Technology trained technician comes to your lab facility, avoiding the need to return your analyzer to our factory. Nothing could be faster, easier or more painless!

Preventive Maintenance Service also verifies and recertifies the calibration of your analyzer to confirm that it is in compliance and performing within specification.

Phase Technology Preventive Maintenance & Recertification helps you:

• Verify and recertify the calibration of your analyzer to confirm that it is in compliance and performing within specification
• Ensure that your analyzer is running optimally and identify possible problems before they cause bottlenecks in your workflow
• Eliminate time, expense and frustration involved in sending analyzer to factory for annual recertification, including cost of rental unit during interim
• Avoid cost and inconvenience of out-sourced testing labs for quality assurance Identify improper sample handling and analyzer cleaning procedures that may cause permanent damage to your test instrument
• Establish credibility with customers and regulatory bodies that released product meets specified requirements

Preventive Maintenance Service

Service Center Scheduled Maintenance & Recertification

If On-Site Preventive Maintenance is unavailable, Phase Technology recommends that all analyzers have an annual maintenance at our factory. Customers can schedule this service in advance.

We can help you in preparing any necessary paperwork to ship your analyzer back to us. When we receive your instrument, we perform a thorough maintenance and assessment, notifying you of any the necessary repairs we encounter. We then verify your calibration and recertify before shipping back to you.

Should you need a service rental analyzer in the meantime, we are happy to make the necessary arrangements to ensure that your lab remains up and running.

Remote Recertification Service

Calibration and certification provides you with assurance that your analyzer is reliable and performing within specification. Phase Technology offers a Remote Recertification Service for your 70X Analyzer to take the guesswork out of your test results.

With our Remote Recertification Service, you run a set of Phase Technology-provided calibration standards. When you've completed the runs, send the results to Phase Technology.

At our laboratory, we analyze the results of your test runs and review your analyzer’s performance. If your analyzer is producing results within specification, we issue a Recertification of Calibration. This is valid for 12 months.

With Phase Technology Remote Recertification, you can:

• Verify and recertify the calibration of your analyzer to confirm that it is in compliance and performing within specification.
• Eliminate time, expense and frustration involved in sending your analyzer to our factory for annual recertification. (Including cost of a rental unit during interim).
• Avoid cost and inconvenience of out-sourced testing labs for quality assurance.
• Establish credibility with customers and regulatory bodies that released product meets specified requirements.

Remote Recertification Service
