Phase Technology is proud to introduce its new
family of Series 70X online petroleum
analyzers that incorporates all your bottom
line and maintenance concerns in its basic
design. This new generation of on-line
analyzers employs state-of-the-art patented
technology and proprietary know-how for
accurate phase change detection.
In
the competitive fuel production market,
increases in jet fuel and diesel yields as
well as savings in production costs directly
sharpen your competitive edge. Phase
Technology's online analyzer improves your
profit through reduction of product give-away,
and savings in process utilities and hydrogen
costs. At the same time, it allows you to
tighten process control, increase process
throughput, and provides precise measurements
matching those obtained by your quality
control laboratory.
Turn Key System with Proven Technology
Each
of Phase Technology's online analyzer systems
comes complete with all of the equipment
necessary to measure freeze, cloud and pour
point, including its patented sample
conditioning unit and sample recovery system,
to measure freeze, cloud and pour point of
aviation turbine fuels, diesel fuels, gas
oils, and lubricants. All you need to provide
are electricity, purge air and signal cables -
rendering cooling water and external chiller
unnecessary. This system is designed to
operate in extreme environmental and hazardous
locations.
The online analyzers perform direct
measurement of freeze, cloud and pour points
using the most advanced electronics. There is
no approximation, correlation, or
extrapolation and no external refrigeration
unit. The proven accuracy of this technology
provides a valuable guide to fine tune process
conditions and optimize blend formulation.
Maintenance and
Support
The
entire system is designed to require simple
and minimal maintenance. Each module is
field-replaceable or serviceable with simple
tools. The system behavior can be monitored
and controlled remotely by refinery staff or
by factory engineers via modem link. From
design to post-installation support, Phase
Technology sets the standard of customer
service in the refining industry.
Wide Range of Applications
One of the key success factors of Phase
Technology's process analyzers is the
performance of its sample conditioning system,
Aquanot®.
Aquanot®
is capable of filtering samples with high
particulates and water content. It
effectively removes particulates, free water,
dissolved water and delivers sample volumes
adequate for most gasoline/naphtha and
distillate stream on-line analyzers. The
explosion-proof design of Aquanot®
makes it suitable for installation in
hazardous locations.
Durable and Effective
A
major problem with most process analyzers is
the lack of proper sample conditioning. The
key to Phase Technology's Aquanot®
success is its patented anti-clogging device
which back-flushes the membrane filter,
keeping it clean and trouble-free for months
without any maintenance. Also, the membrane
selected specially for this application
provides a pore geometry which is designed to
facilitate backflush, and possesses an
optimized combination of pore size and pore
volume which assure a continuous pristine
sample stream flow for analysis.
